Shipping Policy:
Fishing Headquarters will ship your order within 1 business day of receipt of your purchase. If ordered during weekends or holidays, orders will be shipped on the next business day. If, for any reason, we are unable to ship your order within 1 business day, we will notify you via email. Items listed in this store are kept in stock to the best of our ability. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will ship the item to you as soon as it comes available.
Pick-Up Before Your Charter Option:
Fishing Headquarters allows the option for you to pick-up your order at our fishing office location. You may want to use some of the tackle/items you purchase while fishing on one of our deep sea fishing charters. Feel free to arrange to pick-up your order at the time of your fishing charter. Orders must be placed at least 48 hours prior to your fishing trip to opt for the “Before Your Charter” pickup option. Arrangements must be made for this type of pickup with Capt. Andy by calling (754)214-7863 or emailing captandy@fishheadquarters.com.

Returns:
Fishing Headquarters offers a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the item unused in its original condition within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping charges are non refundable unless the return is due to our error or defective merchandise. Returns will be credited back within 7 days to the original credit card. For all returns, it is a requirement to get tracking and insurance on shipping.
